W.F.Crawford is a privately owned construction company that specialises in property development and refurbishment. Turnover increased from £1 Million to £6 Million during my time with the company, the increased activity placing a severe strain on the company’s finances.

  • Managing three non-financial staff.
  • Managing all financial and company secretarial matters.
  • Managing the company's relationship with the bank.
  • Assisting the Managing Director with contract claims and negotiations.
  • Dealing with customer calls and enquiries.
  • Work scheduling for those staff not directly engaged in main contracts.

Personal Achievements:-

Positively impacting office efficiency by introducing automated sales invoicing and re-designing the work scheduling process, thereby reducing the amount of time staff spent at the office.
